All offers and discounts provided by Momotaro Japanese Classes are non-refundable. Once you have availed of an offer, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

All offers are valid for 15 days from the date of receipt of the offer. If you do not redeem the offer within this period, it will expire, and you will no longer be able to use it.
4. Courses and Books

To enroll in our Japanese language courses, you must complete the registration process and make the necessary payment as specified on our website or by our representatives. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
4.2 Books and Educational Materials
All Japanese language books, including course materials and other related resources, will be dispatched only after receiving 100% advance payment. The dispatch will be handled via courier or registered Indian post, depending on your location and the selected delivery method.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Advance Payment
For the dispatch of books and educational materials, 100% advance payment is required. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Payment must be completed before any goods are shipped.
5.2 Payment Security
We use secure payment gateways to ensure that your financial information is protected. However, we are not responsible for any issues related to the payment process that arise from third-party payment processors.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. However, please note that all course fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel your enrollment.
